Special Morale and Welfare (SM&W) Fund is authorized to reimburse out of pocket expenses in support of functions such as, but not limited to, retirements, change of commands and commander’s calls.

Download the SM&W form, fill out the top half and process through the SM&W Program Monitor for review and direction for further approval.

All SM&W forms must be signed by the installation commander before the date of the event.
