Fitness & Sports

The facility offers a state-of-the-art cardio room complete with treadmills, steppers, stationary bikes, ARC trainers, stepmills, elliptical cross trainers and a 14-station Cybex weight circuitry area housed upstairs in the Sky Box.

A weight room equipped with Hammer selectorized weight machines and rope trainers will help you meet your fitness goals.  A free-weight room is also available downstairs, with a full complement of weights and machines. Two racquetball courts and a standard basketball court/volleyball court are also housed in the facility.

Locker rooms are equipped with showers, lockers, steam rooms and saunas. All lockers are day use so please bring a lock to secure your belongings. Distinguished Visitor (DV) locker rooms are also available.
