ID Cards

Customer Service ID Card Section (DEERs Office ) is issuing ID Cards by appointment only Monday – Friday.

Requirements

Cards without Social Security Numbers (SSN) will be issued as follows:

Cards will be issued within 30 days of expiration of the old cards. Current cards will remain active and will NOT need to be replaced. Those individuals with an INDEFINITE expiration date can receive a new card as long as supplies allow.

Hours of Operation

Monday, Wednesday – Friday 0730 – 1530 (By appointment only)
Tuesday 0900 – 1530 (By appointment only)
UTA Saturday 0800 – 1600 (For military only in drilling status)
UTA Sunday 0830 – 1230 (For military only in drilling status)
Non-UTA Weekends & Holidays Closed
